2014 REVIEW - PART 3
We showed in an earlier post that our sales: listing percentage is nearly three times better than the opposition's by virtue of their much larger sales list. But how did we do on other measures of performance in 2014? (We have only included conventional residential sales in the statistics below and have excluded land and 'special purchases'.)
The other agent sold two more properties than us
but the total value of our sales was significantly higher
meaning our average sales price is much higher than the other agent's.
We think you might say that AE outperforms the market!
